How You Can Help
Help sponsor our Indonesian National Anti-Trafficking Gathering to make it accessible to ALL Indonesian anti-trafficking professionals.
Choose an Ethical Holiday
Even if you are only visiting Indonesia briefly for a holiday, the choices that you make as a tourist can have a significant impact on reducing trafficking in the country.
Here are some ways that you can use your power as a tourist for good.
- Report any suspicious activity to our partner organization, Project Karma.
- Book a hotel or tour with The Code-compliant hotel/tourist service. Learn more about The Code here.
- Learn the signs of a possible trafficking situation
- Contact the appropriate authorities if you witness suspicious behavior
- Choose a spa that is family friendly
- Send a letter to a non Code-compliant hotel urging it to adopt a zero-tolerance stance on child trafficking and sign The Code – Example letter
